Red Dot Consultancy is a marketing and business consulting firm that helps founders and agency operators build stable, systems-led businesses. We work across brand strategy, social media, paid advertising, and digital presence.

General Terms

1. Scope of Work Services are delivered as defined in the proposal or agreement issued for each engagement. Work outside the agreed scope — additional revisions, new deliverables, or added platforms — is quoted and billed separately.

2. Proposals and Confirmation Proposals are valid for 14 days from issue date. Work begins only upon written confirmation and receipt of the required deposit.

3. Payment A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due on delivery, or per the milestone schedule in the proposal. Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance and due within 7 days of invoice. All fees exclude GST.

4. Revisions Each project includes the revision rounds specified in the proposal. A revision means refining an existing deliverable — not changing the brief. Brief changes or new directions after work has begun are treated as scope changes and quoted separately.

5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, brand assets, and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines. Red Dot is not liable for missed deadlines where the cause is on the client's side.

6. Intellectual Property Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Red Dot retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, templates, and processes. We may reference the engagement in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination.

8. Limitation of Liability Red Dot's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from consulting, advertising, or creative work.

9. Termination Either party may end an engagement by written notice. Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy below.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
