Refund Policy

Red Dot Consultancy Effective: April 2025

Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel an engagement by written notice to Red Dot Consultancy at any time. The following terms apply based on where the project stands at the time of cancellation:

  • Before work begins
    The deposit is fully refundable. No additional charges will apply.

  • After work has begun (up to 50% completion)
    The deposit will be retained. An invoice for the work completed up to the cancellation date will be issued and must be paid within 7 days.

  • After 50% completion
    The full project fee will be due. All completed deliverables will be provided upon receipt of the outstanding balance.

  • Monthly retainers
    A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel. If notice is given during an active billing cycle, the fee for the current month is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel any engagement if the client is in material breach of our Terms of Service, payment is significantly overdue, or continuing the engagement is no longer viable. In such cases, a prorated refund of unused fees will be issued at our discretion.


Refunds

Because consulting and creative work involves time and expertise that cannot be recovered, all fees paid for completed work are non-refundable as a general rule.

A refund may be considered at Red Dot's sole discretion only in the following situations:

  • Work has not yet commenced and the deposit was paid within the last 7 days.

  • Red Dot cancels the engagement without cause before any work has been delivered.

  • A deliverable is materially incomplete and cannot be remedied within a reasonable timeframe.


Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue arising. Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days via the original payment method.

Dissatisfaction with strategic advice, creative direction, market outcomes, or advertising performance does not constitute grounds for a refund. Results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and client-side execution.
